1 Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the roll996 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines, rules, and policies published by roll996 from time to time.

Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding contract between you and roll996. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to use roll996 services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform;
• Is a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contract;
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where participation in online casino games or Sports Betting is prohibited by law;
• Has never had an account at roll996 previously closed, suspended, or banned due to a terms violation;
• Registering for yourself only, and not on behalf of another individual or any unauthorised entity;
• Is not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme at roll996 or any other related betting platform.

Roll996 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an account until satisfactory verification is received. Falsifying eligibility information is a serious breach that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4 Registration & Account Management

Every roll996 user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as stated on your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. roll996 reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify your identity before approving withdrawals or fully activating your account features.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password;
• Sharing your login credentials with others is entirely at your own risk;
• All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, including activity performed by a third party who gains access due to your negligence;
• Notify roll996 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Roll996 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No foreign currency conversion is required or permitted. Deposit methods accepted by roll996 are:

• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (including instant bank transfer)
• FPX — Online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and others)

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit is set; however, roll996 reserves the right to impose limits based on an account's risk profile or KYC compliance requirements. Most deposits are processed instantly — any unexpected delays should be reported to customer support.

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being held and the account being investigated.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your roll996 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same or equivalent payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the verified user's name;
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances;
• Roll996 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your IC, bank statement, or other relevant documents) before processing a first-time withdrawal or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold;
• Withdrawal processing times are between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method and any verification requirements;
• All bonuses received must fully satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before any associated funds can be withdrawn.

Roll996 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are concerns regarding fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a terms violation under investigation. In such cases, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an explanation or the required documentation.

7 Bonus & Promotions

Roll996 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective promotion terms, which are to be read together with these general Terms & Conditions.

The general principles that apply to all roll996 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus value — for example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager RM 2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted;

8 Casino & Slots Game Rules

All games available on the roll996 platform — including slots, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), fishing games, and other table games — operate in accordance with the rules set by their respective internationally licensed game providers.

• All slot and table games use Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a recognised third-party body to ensure fairness;
• Value Return to Player (RTP) for each game is as stated in the respective game information — RTP is a long-term average and does not guarantee returns in any individual session;
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, roll996 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's account balance;
• Any results displayed incorrectly due to a software error are void, and roll996 reserves the right to correct such results;
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technological method to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

For Live Casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and other providers, additional rules set by the respective provider also apply. In the event of a conflict, the provider's officially issued rules will prevail.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The roll996 Sports Betting section covers Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, tennis, NBA basketball, e-sports, and over 30 other sports. The following terms apply to all types of sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed through the platform — no changes or cancellations are permitted after confirmation;
• The applicable odds are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds shown at any other time;
• If a match is cancelled or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned — unless the outcome had already been determined before the postponement;
• For in-play betting, odds change in real time and roll996 reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets in the event of a data feed disruption or unforeseen circumstances;
• The official results recognised by the relevant sports governing body are the results used to settle bets — extra time, penalty shootouts, and other official procedures are taken into account;
• Parlay (accumulator) bets are fully voided if any single leg of the parlay involves a cancelled match, unless roll996's system specifies a different treatment for that situation.

Roll996 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reduce any bet deemed unusual, inconsistent with current market odds, or potentially indicative of insider information or unfair activity.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their roll996 account at any time by contacting customer support via email at support@roll996.click. Prior to closure, all balances that meet the withdrawal requirements will be processed to the user within a reasonable timeframe.

Roll996 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Creating multiple accounts or committing identity fraud;
• Activity suspected to involve money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities;
• Use of bots or any form of game manipulation software;
• Referrals or attempts to obtain payment under false or fraudulent claims;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at roll996 customer support staff.

In cases of account closure due to serious violations, roll996 reserves the right to withhold all account balances pending the outcome of an investigation, and may forfeit those balances if the violation is substantiated.

11 Limitation of Liability

The roll996 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roll996 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the usability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Roll996 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Roll996 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from Sports Betting or casino game outcomes — all wagers are placed entirely at the user's own risk;
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), or internet infrastructure issues do not entitle users to compensation claims;
• Roll996's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Roll996 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on roll996.click.
