Complete Guide to Registering a roll996 Account for Malaysian Users

If you're new to roll996 and unsure what to expect during the registration process, this section gives you a full overview so you can be well prepared. The roll996 sign-up process is designed to be as simple as possible — we understand you'd rather start playing than fill out lengthy forms.

First things first — creating a roll996 account is completely free. No processing fees, no membership charges, no hidden costs. It takes around 3 minutes to complete the form and verify your identity via SMS OTP. After that, your account is ready for your first deposit and you can start exploring everything roll996 has to offer.

What You Need to Register

To register a roll996 account, you only need a few basic things. First, you must be at least 18 years old — this is a legal requirement with no exceptions. roll996 performs age verification and reserves the right to request your MyKad at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. If you are under 18, please do not register.

You'll also need an active Malaysian phone number to receive the verification OTP, and a valid email address for account communications. Make sure you use an email you check regularly, as roll996 will send important account notifications to that address.

One Account Per User — Important to Know

Roll996 strictly enforces a one-account-per-user policy. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Do not attempt to register a second account using a different name, phone number, or email — roll996's system is designed to detect duplicate accounts, and action will be taken against all associated accounts, including balance freezing.

If you already have a roll996 account but have forgotten your password or the phone number used to register, please contact customer support via live chat or email at support@roll996.click before attempting to create a new account. Our team will help you regain access to your existing account.

Making Your First Deposit After Registration

Once your roll996 account is active, the next step is making your first deposit. roll996 supports all major Malaysian payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

The minimum deposit at roll996 is RM 20 — a very reasonable amount to get your experience started. There's no need to deposit a large sum upfront. Start with whatever you're comfortable with, explore the different game types, and top up when you're ready.

The deposit process is straightforward: log in to your roll996 account, go to the "Deposit" section, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and follow the on-screen instructions. In most cases, funds will appear in your roll996 account within seconds. If you run into any issues during the deposit process, our 24/7 customer support team is ready to help.

Identity Verification (KYC) for Smooth Withdrawals

While you can start playing right after your deposit, roll996 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your withdrawal, particularly for your first withdrawal or larger amounts. This is standard practice in the financial industry and among licensed betting platforms to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Documents typically required for roll996's KYC process include a copy of your MyKad and possibly a recent bank statement. The process is usually completed within 1 to 2 business days. We recommend completing KYC early — before you need to make a withdrawal — so there are no delays when you're ready to cash out your winnings.

Setting Your Betting Limits from the Start

One of the first things roll996 recommends to all new members is to set a deposit limit in your account settings as soon as you register — before making your first deposit. This isn't because we want to limit your enjoyment, but because setting limits from the start is best practice for keeping your gaming experience a healthy and controlled form of entertainment.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Malaysian Ringgit to match your entertainment budget. Limits can be reduced at any time effective immediately, but increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — a feature designed to protect you from impulsive decisions.
